Our personal training sessions help our clients achieve just that as they are put through their paces by during one-on-one or group sessions with our UK certified personal trainers.
One-on-one training sessions will be held at the clients home or any outdoor area like public parks and beaches. Each session lasts 60 minutes and will include a short warm up to prevent injuries as well as assisted stretching at the end of each session to avoid sore muscles.
