Symptoms You Might Have
Foods to Avoid!
When you buy processed foods, you need to carefully read the labels to determine if they contain gluten. Foods that contain wheat, barley, rye or triticale are labeled with the name of the grain in the label’s content list.
How We Can Help You
If you have symptoms of Celiac disease, we can look for antibodies in your blood. Increases levels of certain antibodies indicate an immune reaction to gluten. Further, genetic testing for human leukocyte antigens (HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8) can be used to rule out celiac disease.
Whereas non-celiac gluten sensitivity we can only diagnose by process of exclusion – our nutritionists and dietitians are highly experienced in elimination diets. We still recommend that you first get tested for a wheat allergy and for celiac disease.
Don’t put your health at risk! See our nutritionists and dietitians if you experience gluten sensitivity or celiac disease symptoms.
