Counselling is a form of talking therapy that is driven by an experienced therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with the challenges that you face.

Counselor Noreen provides powerful, safe, and effective talk-based counselling, as well as hypnotherapy and meditation. She empowers people to grow and change in a safe and confidential environment, offering warm support and therapy personalised to her clients’ individual needs. All of her therapy sessions mix the power of hypnosis, the clarity of meditation and mindfulness, and the depths of psychotherapy counselling.

Highly experienced and extremely passionate about her work, she uses different modalities in order to provide a holistic, integrative and humanistic approach. She has had extensive training in clinical hypnotherapy, Cognitive behaviour therapy, Virginia Satir individual therapy, family and couple’s counseling, as well as NLP coaching. When combined, these therapies are extremely effective in helping anyone to understand and manage issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, assertiveness, anger management and/or grief. They can also be used to increase productivity, memory performance and concentration.

Noreen believes that people already have what they need to grow and heal. Her goal is to enable clients to utilise all of their own inner resources to manage their negative thought patterns and beliefs.

Sessions with Noreen take place in the safe, confidential and pleasant setting of our clinic, and can include your spouse or family members. Prior to the session we ask you to fill out a questionnaire that allows to better tailor our approach to your needs.
